This notice covers the Weasly website and its word-saving example. Privacy information for the iPhone app will be provided separately before its public release.

Who is responsible

Visiting this website

Cloudflare, Inc. and its affiliates host and deliver this website. When you visit, Cloudflare processes connection information such as your IP address, the requested URL, request time, and browser information to deliver the pages and protect the service.

We do not run advertising, visitor analytics, a sign-up form, or a visitor database on this website. Fonts, images, and scripts are served with the website. We do not keep a separate copy of individual website access logs.

The word-saving example

The interactive example works entirely in your browser. Words you select are held only in the current page’s memory. They are not sent to us or to an AI service, and are cleared when you reload or close the page. The website code does not set cookies or store your selections in browser storage.

Contacting us

The contact link opens your email application. If you choose to send us an email, we use your address and the information you send to answer your request. We retain that correspondence while it is needed to handle your request and any related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending recordings, transcripts, passwords, or payment details unless they are necessary for your request.

Processing and international services

We process website connection information to provide a reliable, secure website, and correspondence to respond to your request. Swiss data protection law applies; where the GDPR applies, these purposes are based on our legitimate interest in operating the website and responding to enquiries, or on steps you request before entering a contract.

Cloudflare operates a global network, including in the United States, so connection information can be processed outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Its Data Processing Addendum describes the applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Its privacy policy describes its processing and retention of network information. We do not set a separate retention period for Cloudflare’s own operational records.

Your choices and rights

You can use the website without trying the example or contacting us. To request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable data protection law, email kontakt@eldhorn.com. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or your competent data protection authority.

We will update this notice if the website’s data processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
